ROXY’S PRETTY VICIOUS FITNESS
People ask me what makes me a good coach.
The answer is simple: I don’t train the crowd. I train the individual.
I look at where you are, where you want to be, and what it’s going to take to get you there. I don’t hand out cookie-cutter programs and hope for the best. I build a plan around you.
Then I hold you accountable to the goals you told me you wanted.
I’m not responsible for your effort. You are.
But I am responsible for giving you the tools, knowledge, support, and guidance to succeed.
When you’re confused, I have answers.
When you’re frustrated, I have answers.
When you’re struggling and want to quit, I have answers.
I don’t disappear when things get hard. That’s when a coach is needed the most.
Anybody can cheer for you when you’re motivated. A real coach helps you keep moving when motivation is gone.
I don’t sell dreams. I teach discipline.
I don’t make excuses. I help you eliminate them.
And if you’re willing to do the work, I’ll help you become stronger than you ever thought possible.
That’s who I am.
