We are opening the doors for a free Open House. Trial classes in all three programs. No experience needed, no cost.

Schedule

10:00 AM: Muay Thai Kickboxing
11:00 AM: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
12:15 PM: Filipino Martial Arts
2:00 PM: Event ends

Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu run in age groups: 8 to 12, and 13 and up. Filipino Martial Arts is 16 and up.

17 years!

Thank you to every family that came out yesterday. The food, the kids running around, the people who’ve been with us since the early days and the ones who walked in this year — that’s what 17 years looks like.

This academy has always been a family thing. Not just ours. Yours too.

Everyone who trains here walked through that door scared the first time. Nervous. No idea what they were getting into. Someone showed them the way and stayed with them for the next thousand reps.

Impact Martial Arts Academy is a family school in Virginia Beach teaching Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and Filipino Martial Arts. Three programs, one standard. Nobody hands you anything here. You earn it next to people who are earning it right beside you.

You’ll get tired. You’ll get coached. If you keep coming back, you’ll get better.

If you’ve been on the fence about starting, this is for you. You don’t need experience. You just need to show up.
