A Time to Dance offers the best in Ballroom, Latin, and Country Dance instruction in Hampton Roads.

We at A Time To Dance offer a wonderful environment for learning to dance and enjoying what you learn at our weekly dances and socials. The classes and parties are open to the general public and there are no contracts to sign! Most classes are designed so you just pay one low price at the door, or you can buy a package which offers a discount. Our goal is to have everyone able to enjoy the fun and

fellowship of social dancing. Additionally, we can train the most beginner student through the advanced students for competitions and showcases.

Nashville Dance Classic was a great weekend! For two of our students it was their FIRST competition! So proud of Izabella and Arabella for getting out there and dancing beautifully in ProAm Newcomer divisions and in Line Dance and placing first in their respective divisions. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you two. Kristin, Linda, and Joe also shined on the dance floor, getting too many first places to count.

Thank you Bill, Chris, and Emily for organizing a great competition.

Excited to bring more students with us to Philly Fall Festival in a month and a half.

It might have been chilly in the ballroom, but our hearts are warm after Orange Blossom Dance Festival this weekend. Our students Valerie Black, Jan Ellmer, and Denise Koch were amazing on the dance floor as usual with great results and we couldn’t be more proud of them!

Zhenya Klyukin and Rebekah Klyukin took home first place in all their Pro/Pro dances and the icing on the cake was Zhenya and Cora Riley winning Open Division 1 couples in their first competition together. We can’t wait to see what this amazing duo brings this year to the competition floor. Follow their journey on Zhenya Cora Dance
