Canyon has been putting in the work all winter, and it’s paying off in a big way. Not only have his bike power numbers continued to climb, but he’s now capable of jumping a mid-sized sedan.

He’s hitting new PRs on the bike, and while we can’t say for certain, we’d guess a lot of that progress is directly tied to the strength and power work he’s been putting in at the gym.

Train for the game. 🚴‍♂️💥
