RX For Food Hangover Developing safe, custom plans & solutions that lead to weight loss. Solutions to problems in maintaining an exercise or fitness program that works for you!

Filling the gap between fitness and the medical community, using the nursing process and assessment to help you reach your fitness goals and explore what it is standing in the way of you or your loved ones goals. My special focus will be career women, who have experienced and felt the pain of what I call the horrid food hangover, which can lead to many medical problems you may not even know, and y

our personal trainer may not even be aware of. My program will use nursing skills to help remedy this, and much more! This is not a quick fix program, it is tough and life changing. The solutions I teach will be permanent, new habits to keep you or your loved one from falling back into unhealthy habits your physician has encouraged you to change. This program intends to work with your family physician and is personally tailored for you. My hopes are for you to return to your check up and wow your doctor! And in addition to that achieve a healthier fitter body, move better, and find foods and exercises you enjoy and be able to stick with!
