Welcome Back Jody Alar
with Pilates Sculpt

WEDNESDAYS 9AM

A low-impact, full-body workout built around the foundations of Pilates: breath, core connection, control and body alignment. We’ll find your best neutral, then build strength from that foundation through intentional movement, body weight, light resistance & incorporating dumbbells throughout the class.

Expect a challenging, effective workout that builds strength and endurance while improving balance, coordination, mobility and flexibility. No Pilates experience is necessary, and modifications are always offered.

Come ready to move, have fun and maybe even break a sweat!
