The tower has so many uses in our classes ✨
Here, we’re holding onto the tower while flexing our feet to tap our heels into the well, then extending the legs out to 45° and pointing the toes on the way out. Such a good combo for lower abs, core control, leg strength, mobility, and stability — plus the tower support helps you really focus on form and precision.
