Our large studios host classes, workshops, and special events all year-long. Center your body, mind, and spirit in one or more of the following techniques we offer: ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, yoga, fitness, hip hop, tap, mat fusion, cardio barre, conditioning, and Pilates equipment. Find relaxation and release through our healing arts department with a Swedish, deep tissue, or Thai massage from one of our gifted massage therapists or experience the life-long benefits of acupuncture. Fitness is changing—and thank goodness for that!

The focus is shifting away from pushing harder and doing more, towards finding sustainable movement that helps you feel energized, strong, and supported for years to come.

Summer classes are a great opportunity for aerial students to maintain their strength and prepare for the upcoming season. If you have questions about which class to enroll your child in, please reach out. We're happy to answer your questions and help you find the best fit.
