The Academy is proud to host a kicking clinic instructed by USA Eagle Tadhg Leader at the Tennessee Rugby Park on July 10th. The cost is $50 per participant for a 2 hour session.

There will be two sessions, one for Youth and High School and a second for College and Club players. All back line players are encouraged to attend, not just fly halves and place kickers. There will be various different types of kicks covered like chips and grubbers with a focus on how to use these kicks as an attacking weapon.

Registration is limited to 15 participants per session, so space is limited. Please email [email protected] if you are interested in participating where he can facilitate the registration and payment process.

At both locations, we will have a youth/HS session from 9am-11am followed by a club/college session from 11am-1pm.

Delighted to announce Saturday the 26th of September we will have a kicking clinic in Worcester MA. The session with start with Youth/HS kickers 10am-12pm followed by College/Club kickers 12pm-2pm. We had the pleasure of hosting a sold-out kicking clinic last weekend with 24 boys/girls in attendance. The weather was perfect, as were the facilities provided by Wrentham Youth Rugby. The day started with 12 budding youth kickers in the morning and finished off with a talented High-School group. Thanks again to all the parents and participants for contributing towards a thoroughly enjoyable day!

Tadhg is on a mission to raise the standard of kicking in the US by not only teaching the technical aspects of kicking, but also when to kick and what kick to use to put teams under pressure, to relieve pressure and to kick to victory.
