🌼We have two gentle class options this Saturday for you! Share this with a friend and sign up ahead of time! 🌼
🌺Intro to Pole
2:15-3:15pm
Are you curious if pole arts are for you? Come to this super intro class!
In this introduction to pole class we will start with a short full body warm up and head to the poles. We will cover defining the vocabulary that we use in class, proper body engagement, walking around the pole, half turns, static vs spin pole, and a couple of beginner friendly poses. This class will give you the confidence to walk into your first Pole 1 class knowing what to do with your hands and the rest of your body. You’ll get a chance to see the space and ask all the questions you might have.
💜What to wear/bring:
For pole we wear shorts that leave our thighs exposed and a tank top or sports bra. No zippers or metal bits, no rings, bracelets, anklets or dangling jewelry. Permanent jewelry can be taped over. Clean bare feet, baby!
Bring some water and a yoga mat (if you have one) to protect your knees and keep you from slipping around while warming up.
We open doors 5 minutes before class starts and we don’t allow people to join if they are over 5 mins late. No spectators allowed. Please check our website’s policy page.
