2025 was a great year for fitness! We preach consistency over anything else. Here is 2025’s top class check-ins! Keep in mind most all of these members actually have more check-ins and workouts for the year, this just shows class check-ins. We also have a lot not on these lists, but should be, who use our workout app, 24/7 access, or do a workout outside of the gym too! Proud of all of them!

Coach was blasting creed so a few members were hyped and hit some 3RM PR’s on sumo deadlift! Monique hit 285lbs. Cole hit 435lbs (could’ve done another 15lbs). Josh and Scott both hit 425lbs. We got some strong members here! 💪🏽

How many of you are guilty of doing pull-up reps like the first video? Those are just half reps 😜! Second video shows adequate ROM. If you do half reps though, it’s best to do them from the lengthened state and not the shortened position. Some recent research shows muscle hypertrophy occurs better when working from the lengthened state and doing partial ROM vs. shortened state and doing partial ROM. Either way, work full ROM.

Ever try your hand at a vegetable garden? How about building a house? What about a degree?

All of these have things in common. They will take time and effort. And you will have set backs. But with perseverance, and consistency, it will lead to your goal.

Your health and fitness journey is no different. You have to commit to the long haul and get use to the boring, consistent, monotonous work. Don’t just try for a month and see what happens. Work for a year to see your potential and grow from there!

“My name is Lori Kleier and I gained interest in fitness when I was 8 years old competing in multiple sports which transpired into a collegiate basketball career.  After college, CrossFit and personal training became my new obsession. My happy place is the gym and I’m most passionate about helping others reach their goal’s.
When I’m not in the gym you can catch me chasing around my 3 year old daughter, catching fish with my fiancé, barrel racing, camping, or anything outdoors.

Wish we had the before pictures but meet Wes! Wes has been a client for a while now and is one of the best at consistency. Even with an auto injury, and other setbacks, he still comes in once a week. Years ago, he lost alot of initial weight. For the last few years, he’s just been more so maintaining. Admittedly, he got a little relaxed on his nutrition but not too bad. About 8 weeks ago he set a goal to lose some more weight again. We set up his macros and in true Wes fashion, he meticulously tracked everything and is now 20lbs and 10.5” down! Nothing crazy has changed, even with the food he eats. What’s different? He just tracks accurately, logs his food, and doesnt overindulge. Matter of fact, he isn’t even able to get in all the calories we want him to. Also, though he still pushes hard during his weekly session, he isnt even doing as many workouts as he used to a week. We also back off when we need to and adapt the program. Another key is he does get in alot of non exercise activity. At 68 years old, he is still rocking and wants to keep improving! That’s the attitude it takes. No pity parties here.
