MEET OUR NEW HEAD TRAINER!!!

My name is Riggs and I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist, something I never thought I would be saying. Because years ago in my early thirties if you would have seen me, I was pre diabetic, morbidly obese and at a high risk of heart disease, personal training was the last thing on my mind. I didn’t want an early grave leaving my wife and kids behind, so one day I decided to start running. Not knowing what I was doing, I just did it and kept doing it everyday. I was tired of having no self confidence. How could someone respect me if I can’t respect myself. After a few weeks of running, I stumbled into a gym and fell in love with it. Then I got into dieting. I have done all the fad diets from elimination foods to fasting for days, and I wouldn’t trade that time for anything. I got experience money can’t buy. So after many years I built up the confidence needed to take on a new path and became a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. The one thing I would love the world to know is that this lifestyle isn’t perfect. Some days your diet and workouts will be on point, while other days it may not. And while it’s not perfect, it’s perfectly okay. I promote a sustainable lifestyle that’s healthy and balanced. So however the cookie crumbles, may it always fall in your favor.
