, representing Portsmouth, VA, may not have gotten the victory, but he delivered a performance that earned Fight of the Night honors at Gloves & Glory 2.

Using slick southpaw angles, sharp timing, and quick counters, Kasim put on an exciting and competitive showing from the opening bell to the final round. His heart, skill, and determination were on full display, proving why he is one to watch.

Wins and losses are part of the sport, but performances like this earn respect.

Brikhouse Boxing & Fitness along with Portsmouth United is accepting applications for our summer youth development program, The Load-In!

We are looking to hire 3 Portsmouth residents who are passionate about giving back to the community and helping others succeed.

🔹 Work 3 days per week
🔹 2-hour shifts
🔹 Gain leadership and entrepreneurship experience
🔹 Help maintain the gym
🔹 Assist with mentoring youth and supporting program activities
🔹 Build your resume while making a difference

This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to develop valuable skills, serve your community, and help create a positive environment for youth, teens, and adults.
