I haven’t updated in a while, but Payton has made the top 10 and she’s currently fifth. This is the final round before the quarterfinals semifinals finals round. They really make you work for it 😂😂 but she went from 19th to 5th with all the support from you guys, from my separate friends and from a ton of my mom‘s friends that she’s been hiking the Appalachian and the El Camino with.

Keep voting and specifically today it is double votes so one vote counts for two and with everybody on this page that would be over 1700 votes completely for free ❤️❤️❤️

….voting ends Sept 17th.

Cast your free vote every day 😉🤩😉🤩

say hello to our newest Pilates instructor, Molly 🤩🤩🤩

Hi there! I'm Molly, mother of two little boys, three dogs, and three cats. I currently live in Portsmouth but am originally from Isle of Wight County. I was initially interested in Pilates as a form of cross-training for distance running, but I loved it so much I decided to get my certification. I completed my training through BASI Pilates and am honored to finish my teaching hours here at Full Potential!

In addition to this Pilates adventure, I hold two A.S. degrees, Science and Veterinary Technology, and a B.S. in Chemical Oceanography from ODU.

Molly will be taking over our Wednesday senior Pilates class. And once she gets her feet wet and gets into the groove of things hopefully we’ll be able to add another class or two for you guys to experience her awesomeness.

Fun fact: I met Molly years ago at the Y when her boys would take tumble and dance with me. Life really does come full circle ❤️❤️❤️

So far, I did 64 ounces of water yesterday and only one cup of coffee, which is a huge accomplishment for me. The yogurt was my breakfast yesterday morning so it was 2/3 cup of whole milk yogurt about half cup of the Gigantor blueberries you can find and about a quarter cup of the Kashi blueberry almond granola. Lunch was simple and fast as I was running around so it was a protein bar, orange, baby tomatoes, babybel cheese. Dinner was some leftover Indian rice with hodgepodge sauces (so it probably came out to about a tablespoon of butter sauce and a tablespoon of curry) mixed with chicken sausage, spinach, and red peppers.

Today so far I have stuck with the one cup of coffee, I have had 32 ounces of water so far. Lunch was a pretty basic spinach salad with some tomatoes, a little bit of cheese, some green goddess dressing and some grains and seeds crackers (I love the Mary Gone Crackers brand). Because I’m teaching a class, I’ve got a smoothie made with banana, blueberries, strawberries, collagen, protein powder and super greens powder.
