Our new Hardstyle Circuit class is with our new member of the Hardstyle Family — Coach !!
This class combines the efficiency of circuit training with the StrongFirst approach to movement quality! 🔥
Every session will emphasize conditioning without sacrificing form while hitting all of the major movement patterns developing strength, aerobic-anaerobic endurance, flexibility, coordination, power, and balance in a single hour — circuit style!

Dan became a Personal Trainer in 2016 and has loved every minute of it! The context for training and the tools in his tool box have changed over the years but his goal has remained the same — meet people where they are and then get them to where they want to be.
In his late 20’s he discovered Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and immediately fell in love with the sport, he also quickly realized that if he wanted to do it forever he would need to get strong and mobile.
This began his passion for strength training, changing the trajectory of his life, and continues to influence his training philosophy of getting people fit for the things and people they love.
These days he is also deeply motivated to set an example for his two small children and to be able to keep up with them on the playground.
So, whether you are looking to improve your performance in your sport or hobby, or you want to be able to roll around with your kids or grandkids, he is dedicated to giving you the tools you need to accomplish those goals.
