A consistent part of our evening crew, Bernice continues to show up and put in the work. AND she just got married! 💍❤️ Talk about something worth celebrating! Congratulations on 300 sessions AND the newlywed life, Bernice! 🥳

💥 **Georgia — 200 SESSIONS!**
One of our dedicated 6:45 AM crew members, Georgia is coming up on ONE YEAR with us and has already crushed 200 sessions! 👏 That’s some serious consistency!

💥 **Kurt — 200 SESSIONS!**
Kurt is always ready to push himself and work hard — and as if the workout itself isn’t enough, he’ll often RUN to the studio before getting after it with us! 🏃‍♂️💪

💥 **Gail — 200 SESSIONS!**
Representing our Ritual Longevity crew! Gail has become SO much stronger since starting with us, and we love that she’s always willing to challenge herself and reach for a new weight. 💪🔥 Watching that strength and confidence continue to grow is what it’s all about!

Everyone of these milestones represents consistency, hard work, and the choice to keep showing up. We couldn’t be more proud!

Isaac is an absolute staple of our 6:45 AM crew. He lifts heavy, works hard, and consistently challenges himself every time he walks through the doors.

You can almost always find him on the pull-up bar before AND after the session, casually crushing pull-ups like it’s no big deal. 💪

Today we got to celebrate our amazing Ritual Longevity member Melissa and her BIG 6️⃣0️⃣ birthday! 🥳💪☕️

If you know Melissa, you know she has HER spot on the mat…. and we mean her spot. 😂 Nobody else’s. So naturally, for her birthday workout, we had to make it official and mark off Melissa’s VIP birthday spot just for her! 💚
