Hi everyone,

The City of Gresham has postponed tomorrow’s Night Out event, so we will NOT be holding kickboxing at the park. Instead, our 6PM Tuesday Kickboxing class will still take place at the gym as usual.

We’ll share the new outdoor event date as soon as the city announces it.

On August 4, we're taking our 6PM Tuesday Kickboxing class outside to the Gresham Arts Plaza park for Gresham's Night Out.

Our kickboxing class that evening will NOT be at the gym, we'll be outside in the park!

Expect a sunny, high‑energy workout on the grass. We'll be kicking, punching, moving, and having fun together in the park. Bring your gloves, a water bottle, and get ready for a great summer session.
