💪🏻 MEN’S WORKOUT MINISTRY 💪🏻

Men, join us this Saturday at 7:30 AM at CrossFit 270 for a FREE workout and devotional!

We’ll begin with a short message and discussion, followed by a workout that can be modified for any fitness level. Whether you work out regularly or haven’t stepped into a gym in years, this is a great opportunity to connect with other men, grow in your faith, and start your weekend strong.

No membership required. No experience necessary. Just show up.

🔥 PAIN IT DON’T HURT 🔥

Yesterday’s PRVN workout looked simple on paper, but it demanded consistency, pacing, and grit from start to finish.

8 rounds of:
▪️ 8 Toes-to-Bar
▪️ 8 Dumbbell Bench Press
▪️ 4/4 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters
▪️ :30 Rest

That short rest period gave just enough recovery to keep moving, but not enough to get comfortable. The challenge was staying efficient on the gymnastics, controlling the dumbbells, and fighting the urge to slow down as fatigue built round after round.

The best part? Every athlete attacked it at their own level and found a way to keep pushing! 💪🏼 Such a fun workout!

Our gym was PACKED back to back today with Men’s Workout Ministry beginning at 7:30 AM then straight into our Get Strong Women’s Ministry at 9:00 AM 💪🏼🙏🏼

We love being able to host bi-weekly workouts for these groups as our coaches + athletes continue to help grow and spread the word! We are so incredibly proud of our community for stepping up & constantly including + inviting everyone to our gym. It makes us so so proud as they all lead a devotional beforehand.

If you’ve been attending, let us know how much you’re loving it and if you HAVE NOT been able to make it yet, please come! These are ‼️ FREE WORKOUTS ‼️ with a devotional to kickstart classes. Both our men’s group and women’s group are continuing to grow and we want YOU to be a part of it!

Today at CrossFit 270, we honored more than a workout. We honored sacrifice, courage, and the freedom we so often take for granted.

Murph is one of the most well known Hero WODs in CrossFit, performed in memory of Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life serving our country in Afghanistan in 2005. The workout consists of:

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

Many choose to complete it wearing a weighted vest to symbolize the weight carried by those who serve. But beyond the reps, Murph is about remembrance. It’s about pushing through discomfort together, leaning on community, and taking a moment to reflect on the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Today, we watched athletes encourage one another, teammates finish side by side, families gather, and our community show up in a powerful way. Some completed the full workout. Some scaled it. Some simply showed up for the first time. Every effort mattered.

A huge thank you to for always keeping us fueled before, during, & after our events. There is nothing like the community built around your business! Thank you for supplying us with the best products to help with our recovery after a long workout like today 🙏🏼

We are incredibly proud of every single person who walked through our doors today and eternally grateful for the community that makes CrossFit 270 what it is. Thank you for choosing to spend part of your Memorial Day weekend with purpose, gratitude, and each other. 🇺🇸

JOIN US TOMORROW • Saturday, May 23rd @ 8:45 AM for Murph 🇺🇸🙏🏼

As a community, we will be honoring those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Some of our CrossFit 270 crew + a few of our PBK-ers came together today with their spouses to conquer Murph since they aren’t able to be with us tomorrow! We are SO very proud of you all for showing up today & getting it done together 💪🏼💙

We can’t wait to see all of you tomorrow morning bright & early!
