At 3–5 years old, Jiu Jitsu starts with play. 🥋❤️

At this age, we’re not expecting little ones to sit through a long technical lesson. We’re giving them a chance to move, explore, build confidence, and learn how to work with a partner—all while having fun.

Through games like this, they’re developing balance, coordination, body awareness, problem-solving skills, and the confidence to try something new.

Because sometimes the best learning happens when they don’t even realize they’re learning. ❤️

Our new 3–5 Year Old Jiu Jitsu class is now enrolling for trial classes at Growth Mindset Collective!
