Picture this: ocean sounds at sunrise, morning yoga in an open-air studio, a chef-prepared brunch — then a wide open afternoon, however you want to spend it. Days unfold slowly, friendships form fast. 🌊

This retreat is hosted by two friends whose bond is honestly a little magical. We met in 2012 studying Ashtanga in India — Fabiola knocked on my door looking for someone else, and the rest was history. In that little Mysore community, we were known as one word: “FabiandErica.” ✨

Now we’re bringing that same magic to Rincón, Puerto Rico!

Huge congratulations to our Yoga Teacher Training graduates! There is something quietly extraordinary about watching someone step into their own light. These beautiful humans came to learn yoga — and they did — but they also learned something rarer: how to truly listen, to themselves and to others. They moved through discomfort with grace. They asked better questions. They sat in circles and told the truth. They held each other up.

And now they go out into the world carrying all of it — the breath, the practice, the presence. Congratulations to our YTT graduates. Teaching was always already inside you. We’re just so honored we got to witness it come through. ✨🌸
