It’s said, “ The Blacker The Berry, The Sweeter The Juice” ...... well let’s see! Try this on for size. The Blackberry Booster!



Ingredients:
~ 3 large plums, halved & pitted
~ 1/2 cup of red kale
~ 3/4 cup of blackberries
~ pinch of ground cinnamon
~ 1/4 cup of chilled water
~ handful of ice



Blend all the ingredients until silky smooth, pour into a glass and enjoy!
