Week 6 of our 8-week On-the-Bar Series đĽ
Mondayâs and Thursdays are barbell complex days:
Thursdays complex is
Bent-Over Row â Hang Clean (scaled here to a power clean at 65 lbs) â Thruster â Front-Rack Reverse Lunge
6 reps each. No putting the bar down.
Womenâs Strength isnât full of powerlifters or Olympic lifters.
Itâs not made up of lifelong athletes.
For the most part, itâs women finding their strength for the first time.
And thatâs what makes this so powerful.
Same 6 reps for eight weeks.
Slowly adding weight.
Learning new skills.
Building confidence under the bar.
Pam is absolutely crushing it. đ
