Yesterday our club came together to celebrate the birthday of one of our teammates. Together we rode! We may not get to physically see each other often but that doesn't stop us from celebrating milestones, achievements, birthdays and everything in between!

We are one department, one team and we are PROUD!

Last week, the instructors got together for an Instructor Summit. They were treated to unique 20 minute ride by the one and only ! When that ride dropped on the platform, we showed up for it in full force! Our favorites instructors reconnected last week and SO DID WE! Double digits on the leaderboard and many more throughout the day! Thank you for the Snow Day treat. We are honored to be part of this community! Until next time...

Introducing our first challenge of 2026. This will be your first opportunity of many to ride for something greater than yourself. Between January 1st and the 21st, RIDE or RUN for 32 miles to honor our fallen heroes, Det. Rivera and Det. Mora from the 32 Precinct! Yes, you read that correct correctly! 32 miles in one day! They made the ultimate sacrifice for the City of New York. The least we can do is sacrifice our legs and lungs for one day in their honor!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

2026 is almost here! Have you set your intentions for the new year? In the words of one of our favorite instructors, , "conquer Monday, you conquer the week"! Let's do the same for 2026! We'll conquer New Year's Day together and we WILL conquer the year!!!

On challenge yourself to a minimum of 30 minutes of movement! You can ride, run, row or strength train! Just move your body! Hold yourself and others accountable!🚴🏼🏃🏾‍♀️🏋️‍♂️
