We help adults 40+ get strong, fit, and healthy without fad diets or harsh workouts that hurt your joints! We offer 1-on-1 personal training, small group personal training, and nutrition coaching to the communities of Minnetonka, Hopkins, St. Louis Park, Plymouth, Wayzata, and the rest of the Twin Cities.

💪 Milestone Monday Shoutout! 💪

This crew has stacked up over 1,500 visits combined and continues to make SOTA such a fun place to train!

➡️ Liz (25 Visits) — Brought to SOTA by her niece Molly, Liz has been rocking her first 25 sessions! One of our funniest members, she always puts a smile on people's faces and recently tried pull-ups for the first time.

➡️ Molly (50 Visits) — Always pushing for the next level, Molly has officially hit 50 visits! She's a true SGT warrior who knows how to work hard and play hard. If she's not at SOTA, you'll probably find her enjoying a patio with friends.

➡️ Eric (25 Visits) — Between biking, running, Nordic skiing, and SOTA, Eric stays active year-round. He loves his classic rock and brings plenty of competitive fire whenever there's a team chipper on the board.

➡️ Sara (50 Visits) — The reigning chocolate chip cookie champion continues to impress both in and out of the gym. Even during the earliest sessions, Sara shows up smiling, though Coach Blake still gets the occasional look when lunges appear.

➡️ Esther (800 Visits) — The mayor of the 5:30am SotaFit crew, Esther has hit an astounding 800 workouts! She may be push-up's biggest hater, but she's a rowing superstar and always has a funny story to share.

➡️ Kate (50 Visits) — An early morning warrior who stays busy golfing, biking, and lifting some seriously heavy weights. Kate continues to crush it both inside and outside the gym.

➡️ Ellie (100 Visits) — Between tennis, pickleball, hiking, traveling, and keeping up with her kids in college, Ellie somehow does it all. She's always smiling, always stylish, and now 100 visits strong!

➡️ Amy (200 Visits) — A staple of the 5pm SGT crew, back-to-back basketball champion, and one of SOTA's biggest Vikings fans. Amy brings great energy to every session and has earned every bit of this milestone.

➡️ Cathy (200 Visits) — Funny t-shirts, SKOL chants, heavy barbells, and plenty of laughs. That's Cathy. Whether it's the points game or a heavy lift, she's always ready to compete.

We're SO lucky to have this crew as part of the SOTA community.

‼️Major Milestone Monday‼️

This crew is bringing strength, smarts, consistency, and a whole lot of fun to SOTA every session! From big lifts to big energy, these milestones are well earned and we’re pumped to celebrate every one of them!

➡️ Marty (100 Visits) — Marty is still pushing those bench press numbers! As a singer, he knows practice makes perfect, and that consistency is showing up strong in the gym. A win for Marty and hopefully another win for the Wolves!

➡️ Ben (50 Visits) — A proud member of the rowdy 6am Tues/Thurs crew, Ben is busy building strength and raising a couple future baseball stars with his two sons. Get out all the heavy plates when Ben’s around cause he’ll need them!

➡️ Allison (25 Visits) — We all feel like Allison has been here for way more than 25 visits (probably because she can hip thrust a lottt of weight)! She’s already made herself part of the SOTA crew, and we’re excited to watch her keep building from here.

➡️ Connie (50 Visits) — Connie has been such a great addition to the SOTA crew, and she’s not slowing down! As an engineer and mom, she’s been showing up, making fitness a priority, upping her weights, and feeling more confident with every workout.

➡️ Jason (200 Visits) — An avid biker, super smart, and getting stronger by the day, Jason is crushing 225 on deadlifts and working on bumping up his squat numbers. 200 visits strong and still climbing!

➡️ Brandon (100 Visits) — Law school and full-time work can’t slow Brandon down! He’s found a way to prioritize his health while wearing a lot of hats. After hitting 100 sessions, he’s definitely earned some valuable boat time this summer.

➡️ Mark (50 Visits) — Mark is absolutely thriving at SOTA! He and Janice both hit their 50th workout this month, and they’ve been making incredible progress together. Law isn’t the only thing Mark is schooling now!

We’re so lucky to have this amazing crew here at SOTA 💙

Our goal at SOTA is to provide resources, education, and community support you can lean on throughout this stage of life. This seminar is open to both the SOTA community and the public. If you’re new to SOTA, this is a great opportunity to check out the space, meet new people, and learn something new in a relaxed environment!

The 2026 SOTA Games was a HIT! A challenge of both the brain and body, participants tested their strength, stamina, and cognition (teams were partly scored on how quickly they could assemble a puzzle)

7 teams competed for the tittle, and Wolves in 5 ended up taking it home.

Next event is scheduled for late summer!

🌷May Milestone Monday🌷

We’ve got an amazing lineup for you this Monday! From 50 to 600 visits, this crew has shown that consistency, hard work, and pushing limits is what fuels progress!

Denise (50) - When Denise isn’t on an adventure or hanging out with her granddaughter, she’s at SOTA! At 50 visits, Denise has conquered trap bar deadlifts and is now on the flat shoe train!

Sydney (50) - One of our favorite faces to see for morning SGT! Since November, Sydney has been quickly upping the weight on barbell hip thrust and confidently working her way up to a 24” box jump!

Julie (600) - SOTA’s barbell lunge warrior Julie has made it to 600 workouts! She likes to keep her lifts heavy, and with 600 workouts under her belt, she’s a true athlete! Julie has been such an amazing part of the SOTA community, coming to so many of our events and rockin’ out with the 6pm small group! Way to go, Julie!

Lisa (100) - Between spending time with her grandson and traveling for work, Lisa has crushed 100 sessions! Over the past year, her confidence with lifting has grown! She’s always willing to try the heavier weights Coach Rowen throws her way!

Neal (100) - Neal is no stranger to pushing his limits and it’s paid off! After 100 visits, Neal has proven that he shows up and works hard every session!

Mark (200) - If you’ve met Mark, you know he’s a runner. He’s probably wearing one of his many Brian Kraft memorial 5k shirts to his workout! 200 down and many more to go. Amazing work, Mark!

Mariah (400) - An early morning warrior (and maybe a noon class here and there with her sister Greta), Mariah has been with SOTA since 2022! She’s made it to 400 visits and continues to wow us with her strength!

Keep up the amazing work!
