TKC was built to be inviting and give everyone the sense of warmth and community. 🫶🏼

The gym offers an open concept to allow for larger groups to fit comfortably in the space while still giving an intimate atmosphere for 1:1 sessions.

We have a variety of strength equipment 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋 dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and MORE and cardio equipment such as a treadmill, a ski ERG, and a rower. This variety in equipment allows us to meet every client where they are at in their fitness journey to ensure safety and the ability to achieve their goals.

This holiday season, The Kilo Collective will be hosting a donation drive for PRISM. See below for items we are hoping to collect!

Most needed food items:
flour, cooking oil, peanut butter, jam and jelly, pasta (prefer whole grain), rice (prefer brown), pasta sauce, canned tuna, canned chicken, baby food/pouches/puffs, cereal, oatmeal, grits, granola, canned fruit (try for no added sugar), dried fruit, nuts, cereal bars, apple sauce pouches, shelf stable milk, canned beans, canned veggies

Personal hygiene products:
body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, toilet paper, facial tissue, feminine hygiene products

Alternative to physical item donation:
Monetary donations allow PRISM to buy perishable items like milk, butter, eggs, cheese, meat, and produce at a big discount! Venmo Holly () with “PRISM” in the notes.

You can bring your items into the gym starting this week through Wednesday, 12/20!
