1,000 classes. One very special barre3 journey.
Today we’re celebrating Regan and her 1,000th barre3 class!
Regan first discovered barre3 in San Carlos in 2016/2017 after a friend encouraged her to give it a try. After an injury, she returned to class and found that many of the movements Amy taught were the same exercises her physical therapist had given her. She kept showing up—and barre3 became so much more than a workout.
From San Carlos, to Zoom during COVID, to Madison, and now barre3 Middleton, Regan has built friendships, memories, and a community she’s so grateful for.
Regan truly embodies barre3. She walks through our doors every day with a smile, intentionally greeting and connecting with everyone around her. Her mindfulness and thoughtfulness extend far beyond her own mind-body connection—they’re felt by every member and client she crosses paths with.
We are so proud of you, Regan, and so grateful you’ve shared 1,000 classes and countless memories with us. Here’s to everything still ahead!
