Today’s class is all about test prep and stances!

We’re slowing things down, focusing on the details, and making sure our students understand that great Taekwon-do starts with the basics. Strong stances create better balance, more power, and sharper techniques. ⚡

And when it comes to testing, it’s not just about knowing the techniques—it’s about showing focus, effort, discipline, and confidence.

A good stance is the foundation for everything we do in Taekwon-do, power, balance, technique, and confidence. We’re working on the little details now so our students are ready to perform their best when test day arrives!
