We’ve had a lot of questions lately if we offer Beginner classes, and yes, we do! Beginner Mega 50 classes are offered M, W, F and Sat. We highly recommend attending one or more Beginner classes before attending a “regular” class, but if none of the times work for your schedule, sign up for a class that does! Let us know if you’d like to see more Beginner Mega 50 classes on the schedule!

I’m calling to ask that Senator ______ push to defund ICE by opposing any appropriations bill that maintains ICE funding and supporting legislation that claws back the $75 billion ICE slush fund created by H.R. 1 last year. This lawless agency is violently attacking and killing immigrants and citizens around the country and must be defunded and dissolved for good.
