You’re doing everything right. So why aren’t you getting better?

You’re training consistently.
You’re working hard.
You’re getting your sessions done.

And you’re still not getting the performance you want.
That’s frustrating as f**k.

But doing everything right doesn’t necessarily mean you’re doing the right things.

You can train hard, be consistent and put the work in
but if you’re spending most of that work improving things that aren’t actually holding you back, you can make very little progress.

You might be getting stronger when strength isn’t the problem.

You might be doing more conditioning when conditioning isn’t the limiter.

You might be training the things you enjoy because you’re already good at them.

Meanwhile, the thing that’s actually costing you performance isn’t getting enough attention.
That’s where good coaching comes in.
Not giving you more stuff to do.

Working out what actually needs to change.

Because sometimes the answer isn’t more work.

Sometimes it’s the work you actually need

The goal isn’t to do everything right.
It’s to do the right things.

If you want help working out what those things are,
DM me COACHING and tell me what you’re training for.
