Weight loss reminders:
❌ You don't need to eliminate carbs >> weight loss has everything to do with calories, carbs are high calorie, so if you cut them, you will lose weight, but it's not neccessary. It's about the calories, not the carbs
❌ Losing as little as 1lb per week is awesome progress >> slow and steady wins the race
❌ Rely on the way you look and feel, not just the scales >> the number on the scale means nothing if you aren't pleased with the way you look and feel
❌ Your metabolism is not broken! >> if you aren't doing your 8-10k steps per day, weight training and tracking your nutrition, don't blame your metabolism
