sharing what’s on my heart today…
of course, living in florida these past couple months has been incredible. sunshine, beach walks, late nights out, quality time with friends + family.. it’s all fuelled my soul on such a deep level I can’t even express it in words.
but it’s also been the space and time I’ve needed to get clearer than ever on my life. what I want, how I want to spend my days, who I want to spend them with, and most of all: how I want to FEEL. and I want to feel GOOD.
what started as a concept last year in creating my 14 day ‘non-challenge’ has now become the guiding light in my life.
feeling good starts with our daily habits: what we eat, how we move, who we surround ourselves with.. and it builds from there. these are all things you actually get to CHOOSE. like really, every day the choice is yours. even if you don’t think so, it is.
I want you to start waking up everyday and asking yourself: how do I feel today? how do I WANT to feel today? and what can I do for myself that is going to get me closer to that (from a place of love)? take one little step in the right direction each day. small steps = big changes over time. trust me, I’ve done it.
bc you deserve to feel happy + joyful + fulfilled + healthy + balanced + GOOD, too.
