The Y is the nation's leading non-profit committed to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. At the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County, we believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together to invest in our kids, our health, and our neighbors.

Today, we celebrate YMCA Founder's Day and the vision that started it all.

For generations, the YMCA has been a place where people can belong, grow, and thrive. What started as a vision to support young people has grown into a global movement dedicated to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

Thank you to our members, staff, volunteers, and supporters for helping us continue this mission every day. Here's to 175 years of impact and many more years to come.

Meet our Membership Director

Join us in welcoming Madee as the new Membership Director at Tri County YMCA.

Madee has been with us for almost three months now and is passionate about building meaningful connections, creating welcoming experiences, and helping individuals and families make the most of their YMCA membership. She believes the Y is more than just a place to work out--it's a community where people can grow, belong, and thrive.

In her role, Madee will be leading our membership team, supporting member engagement, and helping ensure every person who walks through our doors feels valued and connected.

We're excited to have her leadership, enthusiasm, and dedication helping us continue to strengthen our community.
