Sometimes the best way to move forward is to pause and look back.

This week, take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come—not just in your fitness journey, but in the small choices you’ve made to care for yourself along the way.

Our Baby Goat Yoga event was a perfect reminder that wellness doesn’t always have to be intense. Sometimes it looks like laughter, fresh air, movement, connection, and simply being present in the moment.

Before you jump into a new week, ask yourself:

✨ What helped me feel my best?
✨ What do I want to carry with me into the week ahead?

✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨

Meet Pat! 👏

Pat and her trainer, Lauree, have been working together since Cinco de Mayo 2022, and her journey has been incredibly inspiring.

Pat started with goals of losing weight and building strength. As a successful real estate agent, it was clear she had the grit and determination to succeed. She consistently showed up for training each week, but like many people, struggled to stay active outside of sessions.

After a health wake-up call in June 2025, Pat completely transformed her fitness lifestyle. She began walking after training sessions and attending 8 fitness classes a week — and as of today, she has officially lost 50 pounds! 🎉

Beyond the physical changes, one of the biggest victories has been Pat’s mindset shift. With encouragement from Lauree, she learned to stop speaking negatively about herself and instead celebrate her progress and accomplishments.

Pat, your consistency, hard work, and dedication are inspiring. Keep showing up for yourself and shining bright! ✨

Coach Spotlight: Robyn ✨

From the group fitness studio to personalized nutrition coaching, Robyn brings passion, education, and heart into every interaction she has with members at Wisconsin Athletic Club. With a background in dance, teaching group fitness felt like a natural fit — but her journey didn’t stop there. As she built relationships within the WAC community, she recognized a common challenge: many people were working hard in the gym without seeing the results they wanted. That realization inspired her to expand into nutrition coaching, helping members lose fat, gain muscle, and improve their overall health through sustainable habits.

What Robyn loves most is seeing clients create lifestyle changes they can truly maintain. Instead of relying on restrictive diets, she helps people build confidence around nutritious eating until healthy choices become second nature. Her coaching philosophy centers around personalization — there’s no “one size fits all” approach. Every client and every session is focused on finding solutions that work for that individual’s unique lifestyle and struggles.

One of the biggest lessons she hopes everyone understands about health and wellness? You can’t out-exercise a bad diet — and small improvements every day lead to a healthier life.

For Robyn, the most rewarding part of her work is the incredible community at the WAC. She describes the members as some of the strongest, kindest, and most dedicated people she’s ever met, and she’s continually inspired by the connections and support built within the club every single day.
