Six weeks. Lots of miles. LOTS of hard work.
Our Strides Run Club crew just wrapped up another awesome season, and the results speak for themselves. Nearly every participant improved their mile time, with some athletes shaving off an entire minute. Along the way, they built runner-specific strength, improved their form and efficiency, gained confidence, and learned how to train smarter.
The best part? Watching everyone support each other every step of the way. 👏🏻
A huge thank you to Coach Lauren for leading the program and helping our runners find something to work on no matter where they are in their running journey. 💪🏻
