Six weeks. Lots of miles. LOTS of hard work.

Our Strides Run Club crew just wrapped up another awesome season, and the results speak for themselves. Nearly every participant improved their mile time, with some athletes shaving off an entire minute. Along the way, they built runner-specific strength, improved their form and efficiency, gained confidence, and learned how to train smarter.

The best part? Watching everyone support each other every step of the way. 👏🏻

A huge thank you to Coach Lauren for leading the program and helping our runners find something to work on no matter where they are in their running journey. 💪🏻

‼️ATHLETE OF THE MONTH‼️

Over the past few months, Craig has been incredibly consistent and committed to his goals - and the results speak for themselves! He recently completed both the Strides Run Club 🏃‍♂️ and our Never Miss a Monday Accountability Series, putting in work week after week. Through that consistency, he has decreased his body fat, increased his muscle mass, and made major improvements to his nutrition habits. This dedication goes far beyond just showing up to group class workouts - he has really embraced the process both inside and outside the gym.

One of his biggest accomplishments in May was completing his first Murph, and he absolutely crushed it. It’s been awesome to watch his confidence and fitness continue to grow. 👏🏻

Next up on his list: strict pull-ups and starting the muscle-up journey, and we have no doubt he’ll tackle those goals! 💪🏻 He is proof that small, consistent actions add up to big results over time. 👏🏻

We’ll be wrapping up the weekend with Murph on Monday at 9AM followed by a community BBQ. Friends and family are welcome!

There will be NO 5:30/6:30PM classes on Monday.

Lori has been absolutely crushing it lately, showing up, putting in the work, and pushing herself toward some seriously badass life goals. After successfully completing the Glute Series, she didn’t slow down, she leveled up. Now, she’s taken on the added challenge of joining Strides Run Club, balancing that commitment on top of her consistent group class training and active lifestyle. 🥾🏔️

Her dedication, drive, and willingness to step outside her comfort zone is exactly what progress looks like. Keep it up Lori, we see you putting in the work!! 👏🏻
