Unity Karate & Holistic Arts The school is dedicated to the study of Traditional Shotokan and Kyokushin Karate-Do. Other classes include Iaido,Yoga, Weight Loss, Meditation & more.

The only traditional Japanese Karate school in the area. The school is dedicated to the study of Shotokan Karate-Do as prescribed by Japan Karate Association, the most authoritative and by far the largest Karate organization in the world. JKA, also known as "Keeper of Karate's highest tradition" is the only legal Karate entity approved by the Japanese government. In addition we also hold classes f

or the study of Kyokushin Karate, also known as "The Strongest Karate" with training based on the original Kyokushin syllabus before the 1994 split of the original International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan into different groups and federation. At Unity Karate & Holistic Arts we put deep emphasis on holistic development of body. mind and spirit. We believe, that the character development is as important as physical aspect. Our purpose is to empower students, so they can reduce conflict in their lives nonviolently. Respect, honesty, integrity and honor are some of our most important percepts. We are in the business of bringing back the true essence of martial arts so widely misinterpreted by many, including mass media who presents a pseudo art far from the real thing.
