What's up, WOH? here with a quick drill you can do to loosen up your body if you've been sitting all day and are feeling some tension or tightness!!

When you sit at a desk all day, your upper back, pecs, shoulders and hips can get a bit tight. One drill that can help loosen things up is the "Strider with Rotation".

To perform this drill, you want to:
1. Get in a plank position
2. Bring your foot up to your hand.
3. Sweep your hand on the same side of your body to the ceiling.
4. Perform about 8-10 repetitions on each side.

Remember that a sedentary, hunched over posture isn't necessarily "bad" nor will it directly cause pain. On the flip side, a perfectly straight spine isn't good either. Being "stuck" in a certain position is the worst posture you can be in which is why the best "posture" to strive for is a dynamic one. One that can access both of those extremes.

What's up WOH?? here with a quick drill you can do to loosen up your body if you've been sitting all day and are feeling some tension or tightness!!

When you sit at a desk all day, your upper back, pecs, shoulders and hips can get a bit tight. One drill that can help loosen things up is "Strider with Rotation".

To perform this drill you want to:
1. Get in a plank position.
2. Step your foot out towards your hand.
3. Sweep the arm on the same side of the body up towards the ceiling.
4. Perform 8-10 times on each side.
