It’s a little quieter around this gym. It’s a bittersweet feeling with the school aged kids back in school and some are starting school. The littles almost don’t know what to do!

But seriously, we hope all our big kids have a great year.

Does it take longer? Yes

Does it create lasting memories? Also yes

It won’t always feel like a workout takes you 2 business days to finish, but I can guarantee your kids will always remember hanging out while you got a workout in.

They’ll remember you prioritizing yourself, and give themselves permission to when they’re older. They’ll know they can do hard things because they watched you. And they’ll learn moving their body is key to living healthy!

Being a mom of 4 isn’t easy, but gosh does it fill my soul. We always dreamed of 4 kids and having a big family. Knowing this is my last Mother’s Day with a little baby is the definition of bittersweet, but watching them all grow up together is better than any dream 🤍

So happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas out there, celebrating in whatever season of life you’re in. These are the days we will remember forever 🌸💐🌻
