Earth’s holiday schedule is throwing a glitch into our usual orbit! Because the July 4th 🇺🇸 holiday is being observed, we are crashing our normal class schedule for the day and offering **ONLY ONE CLASS** to bring the community together.

Here are the mission details:
🗓 **When:** Friday, July 3rd
⏰ **Time:** 8:30 AM (One class only!)
🏋️‍♂️ **The Mission:** We are taking on the legendary Hero WOD **”Glen”** 🇺🇸

Following the workout we are excited to host for a FREE Shoulder Workshop! We will also have a Potluck at this time.

Bring in your favorite performance or recovery dish and join us for a morning of sweat, remembrance, education, and community. 🙌💪🍽️
