Lander Llama Company, LLC - Wilderness Pack Trips

Full Time - Guaranteed 35 + hours/week
Part Time - Guaranteed 20 + hours/week

Start: June 2- late August- mid-September (end date flexible)

Job description: All summer time outfitting services, including guided wilderness trip assistance and non-guided trip assistance. All ranch chores and general labor including feeding llamas, cleaning, prepping trips, vaccinations and animal husbandry, repairs, and working with and training llamas.

Qualifications: Adult 18 yrs or older or qualified exceptions. A strong desire to work outside and/or spend overnight multiple days in the remote back country of Wyoming. For guided trips you need to be able to hike long distances at high altitudes, and be in reasonable shape. Need a valid driver's license. Willing to learn the trade of commercial outfitting with pack llamas and breeding program from a seasoned and permitted outfitter. Flexible weekly scheduling in July and August. Work well with other employees. First-aid and Adult CPR certification or equivalent is desired, but not required.

Pay :Industry competitive. Starting wage and salary depends on experience in both ranching and ranch field work.
