Friday Film Festival Highlight🎥

In These Hills is a film that follows Aislynn Trompler and Sarah Crabtree - two women who grew up in the Red River Gorge to oil and coal families. When they both discovered climbing, it completely changed their lives for the better. Now it’s up to the locals and climbers to come together to keep sharing outdoor opportunities with kids who often face adversity in these small towns.

For a region that once depended on coal and oil, can an unconventional climbing community uplift the economy and livelihood of their Eastern Kentucky home?

Stewardship is at the 💛 of what ICF is all about.

We’re committed to protecting sustainable climbing access through conservation – that means caring for our crags! Access is a privilege, and we’re grateful for the continued support and collaboration from our local land managers. 🙌

This year we are psyched to partner with and to host two days of stewardship during ICF! 🤝

🌿 Restoration Round-Ups at the OK Corral
🗓️ Thursday: 9AM – 12PM + Sunday: 12PM – 4PM
⭐️ We’ll be working to close social trails and generally reduce impact at this well-loved crag.

Plus, we’re trying something new this year! 👀...

🏫 In-Town Stewardship Projects
🗓️ Sunday: 9:30AM – 11:30AM
⭐️ Help us say thanks to our local Lander community by joining us to tackle a few in-town projects!

👆Learn more about stewardship at ICF and register for the Restoration Round-Ups at the link in our bio!

Dias de La Gloria with Rab takes you into the inner world of Karly and Mango’s lives, businesses, and perspectives as they go for the first free ascent of Guerreras (13-pitch, 12+, Grade IV/V) in the alpine desert of Mexico. They explore the unknown together and see how much power true partnership holds.

🎥 Check out this film and more during our Friday Night Film Fest! It’s FREE and open to the public, so bring your camp chair and join us on Friday, July 10 at 8 PM in Lander City Park!

🙌 A HUGE thanks to our sponsor Grand Altitude Federal Credit Union for making our Film Fest possible!
