February 21st marks the return of Awaken’s pr day event, but this time it’s a little different.

February 21st awaken will have two areas set up for bench, squat, and deadlift pr testing. These areas will be staffed with staff spotting squat and bench. The best part about this day is completely free! If you are not a member and you are looking to test your maxes come on down!
