🎉Meet another One of Our 2026–2027 Ambassadors: Casey🎉

Casey joined CrossFit Amis in May 2025, and we’re so excited to have him representing our community for the next year! 🙌

His favorite movement? Squat sn**ch. 🏋️‍♂️

What surprised him about CrossFit and CrossFit Amis? Well… he still hasn’t flipped a tire, which is what he thought would happen. But what he has found is something much better: These are my friends.

And his fun fact?
“I can’t do a squat sn**ch.” 😂

We’re pretty sure he was joking… because squat sn**ch being his favorite movement AND not being able to do one is definitely a bold choice.

We’re grateful to have Casey as part of the CrossFit Amis family and can’t wait to see him represent, encourage, and have a whole lot of fun with this community over the next year!

🎉Meet another One of Our 2026–2027 Ambassadors: Taylor🎉

Taylor joined the CrossFit Amis family in October 2025, and in a short amount of time, she’s already found out what makes this place so special.

Her favorite movement? The clean & jerk! 🏋️‍♀️
She loves the technical side of the movement and, even more, the feeling of getting stronger and being able to lift heavier over time.

But what surprised her most about CrossFit?
It’s about so much more than the workouts. She was surprised by how much CrossFit is about community, encouragement, and showing up for each other. And CrossFit Amis took that even further:
“It feels like more than just a gym, it feels like a family.”

And her fun fact:
She’s always up for trying something new — even when she has absolutely no idea what she’s doing at first! 😂

That adventurous spirit is exactly what we love about her, and we’re so excited to have her representing CrossFit Amis this year!

Shanna has been part of the Amis family since 2023. We’re so excited to have her representing CrossFit Amis as an Ambassador for the next year! 🙌

Her favorite movement? The clean. 🏋️‍♀️

And what surprised her most about Crossfit and CrossFit Amis wasn’t a movement, a workout, or even the strength she would gain. It was the people.
“I thought I’d just be showing up for workouts, but I ended up showing up for the people too.”

And her Fun Fact:
She took a little time away to run a youth wheelchair basketball program before finding her way back to us in 2025.

We’re so grateful Shanna is one of those people — and we can’t wait to see her continue to represent what makes this community so special.
