BIG NEWS FROM SCUBA ADVENTURE! 🤿🎉

Scuba Adventure is proud to announce that we just added FIVE new SSI Instructors!

These five have put in a tremendous amount of time and work: academics, teaching presentations, confined water, open water, skills, testing, and evaluations—to earn the title of SSI Open Water Diving Instructor!

A BIG thank you to Tim Culp, our SSI Instructor Certifier and Account Representative, for spending the time with our candidates, conducting their evaluations, and helping us continue to grow a strong team of SSI professionals. We truly appreciate everything you do for Scuba Adventure and our instructors!

Five SSI Instructor Candidates have officially completed their confined water evaluations and are now ready to move on to Open Water Evaluations!

It’s been a long, demanding weekend filled with academics, teaching presentations, skills, confined water work, and evaluations. These five have put in the time and effort, and they’ve earned their way to this point.

Next stop: Open Water! Time to finish strong and get ready for the Instructor Evaluation!

Academics and teaching presentations; passed with flying colors! 🤿🎓

These future SSI Instructors have put in the work, and it’s showing. The classroom academics and teaching presentations are officially behind them, and they did an outstanding job.

Now it’s time to take it to the water! Next up are the confined water and open water evaluations, where they’ll demonstrate their skills, teaching ability, control, and professionalism in the water.

One step closer to earning that SSI Instructor rating. Proud of the work this group has put in — now let’s finish strong!

Instructor Boot Camp Weekend is COMPLETE!

What a weekend! These guys put in over 40 hours in just three days working toward becoming SSI Instructors; classroom work, presentations, testing, skills, pool work, open water, and a whole lot of hard work.

And they’re not done yet! They have two more training sessions before taking their SSI Instructor Evaluation next weekend.

Becoming a scuba instructor takes a tremendous amount of time, preparation, commitment, and determination, and this group has absolutely put in the work.

I couldn’t be prouder of every one of them. Now get some rest, you’ve earned it!

Wreck diving, sharks cruising by, and digging around the bottom finding a bunch of shark teeth… doesn’t get much better than that! 🤿🦈

Days like this are exactly why we dive. A little history, a little treasure hunting, some incredible encounters, and a whole lot of time underwater.

Not much more fun than this!
