Introducing our May, Instructor of the Month: Gabby! 🌟

Gabby has been teaching fitness for over 5 years, with health and wellness always being a huge part of her life. She first joined HiReformance as a client and quickly fell in love with Pilates and the supportive community she found here. After welcoming her daughter, Sloane, she decided to turn her passion into purpose and become an instructor herself!

Her classes are challenging, motivational, and fun, always encouraging clients to push past what they think they’re capable of. Lately, her favorite move has been the plank to pike because it makes her feel strong, and she loves finding new variations to challenge her clients.

When she’s not in the studio, Gabby loves spending time with her daughter, grabbing coffee or dinner with friends, reading, cooking, and traveling whenever she gets the chance!
