Shyanne has had a passion for movement and athletics since childhood and has always been drawn to an active lifestyle. Her love for fitness led her to Pilates, where she discovered a powerful way to build strength, improve mobility, and develop a deeper mind-body connection that she believes is essential for both physical and mental well-being.
With a background in health and nutrition, Shyanne is passionate about helping clients feel stronger, move better, and gain confidence. She believes workouts should be both challenging and enjoyable, and she brings positive energy, encouragement, and a fun atmosphere to every class.
When she’s not in the studio, you can find her spending time with her dogs, Kaina and Junie, enjoying live country music, relaxing at the beach, or exploring all that Jacksonville has to offer. She can’t wait to meet you and move with you in class!
