My heart is so full as I reflect on Ruth’s journey.
It has been such a privilege to witness not only the evolution of her physique, but also the expansion of her mind, confidence, and character. Ruth is truly a one of a kind soul. Her coachability, trust in the process, and willingness to grow have made working with her an absolute joy.
Throughout this prep, I have watched her step into a new version of herself. I’ve seen her develop her physical talents, refine her movement, and create a beautiful flow through her posing that allows her personality to shine effortlessly on stage. But beyond the physical transformation, I’ve witnessed something even more meaningful: the growth of the woman behind the athlete.
I am also incredibly grateful for the trust she has placed in me over the years. Thank you, Ruth, for allowing me to push you beyond your comfort zone, to invite you into new experiences, new events, and opportunities that sometimes felt intimidating. Time and time again, even when there was hesitation, uncertainty, or fear of the unknown, you chose courage. You showed up. You leaned in. You trusted the process and gave yourself permission to grow.
That willingness to embrace the unfamiliar is one of the reasons you continue to evolve. Growth lives on the other side of comfort, and you have consistently chosen growth.
Ruth, thank you for trusting me to be part of your transformation. It has been an honor to walk beside you, celebrate your victories, and witness your expansion. I cannot wait to watch you light up that stage next week and share the beautiful energy that makes you so uniquely you.
