✨Transformation Tuesday✨

Keep reading for Ellie Luth 's journey at Burn.

"When I first walked into Burn Boot Camp, I was four months postpartum with my second baby. As a military family, we move often, so I was looking for a community and a way back to feeling like myself again.

After my first baby, I lost the weight on my own through dieting and mostly cardio workouts. But after gaining all of that weight back (and then some) with my second, I felt defeated.

I am so glad I walked through those doors anyway. This time is completely different. I’ve lost 35 pounds so far, but more importantly, I am actually getting stronger instead of just focusing on being skinnier. I can keep up with my two crazy kids, and I’ve made the most wonderful friends along the way.

This time, I’ve finally found a routine I can stick to, alongside a community that holds me accountable even on my hardest days. I’m so grateful to be here and excited for what’s to come!
