Keeping new things bite-sized was one of the most important tricks I learned as a classroom teacher.
Too much new information creates frustration… not inspiration.
Today I debuted a new class. It was waitlisted, the setup was unconventional because we had another class immediately following, AND I knew I had more material than the 30 minutes I’d given myself.
But I also knew this:
I don’t want to drown people with tons of new concepts. I want them to fall in love with it so they receive all the benefits I’m getting from practicing LPF.
- a body that doesn’t wake up stiff.
- more effective lifts
- a core I can feel and command.
So I’m dripping the fundamentals all month. We were waitlisted today so grab your spot early if you missed it.
