We, at CrossFit Empire South, follow CrossFit guidelines of constantly varied Functional movements performed at a high intensity, modified to your level. Our experienced coaches adjust each workout so they fit your fitness! We believe in building a community to support you inside and outside the gym. Our members include all ages and all fitness levels. You’ll see engineers, nurses, teachers, baker

s, students, retirees, and so many more coming in and working hard! We believe that fitness is for everyone! CrossFit Empire South wants you to reach your goals!
