Today’s move: the dumbbell step-up.

This one may look simple, but the details matter. Drive through the leg on the bench, stand tall at the top, then lower back down with control. Both feet should return to the floor before starting your next rep.

The biggest thing to avoid? Bouncing off the back foot.
That small cheat takes work away from the lead leg, which is exactly where you want the strength to build.

Save this for your next lower body day and focus on control over speed. Strong reps > rushed reps. đź’Ş
